Peperoncini e.V. is a collective based in Leipzig. We campaign for the right of residence for all and have been supporting people threatened with deportation since 2015.
We are primarily active in the following areas:
- Financing lawsuits against negative asylum decisions
- We provide support in finding a lawyer, financing the lawsuit, and, if necessary, organizing language mediation.
- Financing and supporting further applications and proceedings
- For example, when applying for residence permits for family members, follow-up asylum applications, or criminal proceedings based on allegations of “illegal” entry.
- Support and financing of language mediation or translation of documents
- Public relations work and campaigns on the right of residence and protection of people threatened with deportation
